The New Astor Crowne Plaza opened April 17, 2002 and is located at the gate to the Famous French Quarter at the cornor of Bourbon and Canal Streets. The hotel is anticipating a 4-diamond rating with 515 guest accomodations and suites decorated in a luxurious, New Orleans tradition. Club Level accommodations will are available complete with complimentary continental breakfast and evening reception. The hotel also hosts the Bourbon House Restaurant (opened September 28, 2002)which is operated by the Famous Brennan Family. The Astor also features an outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpool, and fitness center. For conferences and meeting, the hotel offers 25K square feet of exquisite meeting and function space. Our ballrooms have exterior balconies that over-look Bourbon and Canal Streets. This hotel is committed to providing accessible facilities under the American Disabilities Act.
